On behalf of my family I just wanted to thank you and your staff for making our fathers funeral arrangements go so smoothly and for taking care of all the details that I am sure we would have overlooked. In the past few days there were so many things to think about but with your help, everything was taken care of and we were able to focus our attention on our family and friends. You and your staff really went the extra mile for us and it will be something we will never forget. Our father was so special to us, but I am sure as he was looking down on us and seeing all the wonderful family and friends that had showed up to pay their respects, he would have been very touched.

Thank you so much for the warmth and care you showed my family (and dad) during these past difficult weeks. You guided us through a process with respect and grace, allowing us to take the time we needed, whether to make decisions or simply share stories. While I know your friendship with dad was always evident, I'm equally positive that you treat all families exactly the same - with care.

Your staff was so kind, sensitive, caring and so compassionate to our extremely distraught state of being. They carefully and kindly guided us through all the paperwork, providing explanations, answering questions, and their gentle mannerisms were so appreciated by us. We look back now and have much comfort and peace that Gary's visitation and funeral could not have been any more perfect... a fitting tribute to a wonderful man.

We can't thank you enough for helping us to move Martin's remains to the Great Lakes National Cemetery. Glenn and your staff provided truly exceptional service. They helped us complete a task began almost 40 years ago. We will never forget the kindness and respect you showed to my brother and my family.
