Thomas Rotondi

Thomas Rotondi of Novi passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at age 74.

Born April 14, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Vincent and Jean Rotondi.

Beloved husband to Pamela Zalac for 43 years; loving father of Tina (Aaron) Duspiva, Kim (George) Allen, Tommy Rotondi, Anthony Rotondi and Ruthie (Brian) Ilich. Proud grandfather of Mike, Tiffany, Brittany, Dominic, Alexis, Michael, Jacky, Natalie, Cameron, Anthony, Keira, Sophia, Grace, and Madalyn. He is preceeded in death by his parents, son Anthony, and grandson Dominic.

Thomas was a wonderful husband, father and friend. He loved his children and adored his wife. His love of family and friends was evident in his annual Rotondi summer party. He was a proud Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He worked as a cement mason for 44 years.  During retirement he enjoyed spending time vacationing, golfing, playing cards, spending time with family and friends, and "supervising" side jobs pouring concrete. He was the life of the party and the rock of the family Tom will be missed by so many.  

The Rotondi family will receive guests 2:00 – 8:00pm at the Thayer Rock funeral home on Thursday, September 16, 2021.

A Funeral Service with Military Honors will take place at 11:00 (10:00 in state) Friday, September 17, 2021, also at the funeral home.
