Susan Lorraine Mihalic-Johnson, age 63, of Farmington, Michigan

Born September 11, 1962 in Wayne, Michigan. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on February 7, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Beloved wife of Kirk G. Johnson. Loving mother of Jessica Mihalic (Brent Adkins) and Nicholas Johnson (Theresa Celona). Stepmother of Jesse (Margaret) Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Jacob (Ashlie) Johnson, and Travis Johnson. Cherished grandmother of Tilden, Kayden, Everlie, Emilia, Callan, Austyn, Haylie, Andrae, Kristyna, Aubrey, and Lillian. Dearest sister of Lisa (Scott) Johnson. Aunt to Aaron (Megan), Ryan, Charlotte, and Benjamin.

She was predeceased by her mother Joyce Ann (Pirrello) Griffiths and her father Charles Wallace Griffiiths.

Friends and family can gather to celebrate her life with visitation on Sunday, February 15th, from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 16th, at 10:30 AM (instate at 9:30 AM) at Thayer Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Ave, Farmington.

Private interment at Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia.
