Shirley Gene (Woodruff) Selinsky

Shirley Gene Selinsky- Born in Miami on October 2, 1945 and raised in Southfield, Michigan.   Passed away peacefully on July 18, 2023.   Shirley lived in Farmington Hills, Michigan for over 50 years, spending the past 25 winters in South Padre Island, Texas.  Married to Gordon Selinsky for 58 years, Loving mother to Steven (Kerry) Selinsky and Stacey (Mark) D’Errico, and adoring Mimi to Madison and Jake Selinsky and Ella and Emme D’Errico. Preceded in death by parents Lewis and Helen Woodruff and Gladys and Tom Kerrigan.   Survived by siblings Sharon Vaillancourt, John (Marnie) Woodruff, Vicki (Val) Davis, Gary (Debbie) Woodruff, Lisa Charbonneau and Lori (Dave) Patton.  Aunt, niece and cousin to many.  Family is honoring Shirley’s wishes to not have a formal funeral.  Memories may be left on this site and a small memorial gathering for immediate family will be held at a later date.  Donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Hospice of Michigan.
