Paul E. McKee, 94, Loving husband of Sylvia McKee (deceased), peacefully passed away in his sleep, on July 18th, 2025.  He was born in Wheeling West Virginia on February 20, 1931, son of the late Paul E McKee Sr. and Virginia Breiding McKee.  Paul and Sylvia shared 67 years together raising their family in Farmington Hills. 

Paul was preceded in death by Sylvia McKee, Douglas McKee, his youngest son, Wayne Armstrong, his son-in-law, Natalie McKee, his granddaughter, his brother George B McKee (Johan) and sister Patricia A Sampson (Ralph).

Paul was the loving father of Dennis McKee (Suzette), Cynthia Armstrong and Michael McKee (Loretta). 

He was Grandpa to Amberlie Price (Derek), Yasmin Johnston, Kaitlyn Barager (Paul), Alexander McKee, Jessica McKee and Vincent McKee. His surviving siblings Charles J McKee (Dorothy), John E McKee (Elizabeth) and Sister Wilma McKee.

He was Great-Grandpa to Logan Price, Harrison Price, Kadin Johnston, Kai Johnston, Avery Barager and Cameron Barager.

Paul also had many Step Grandchildren that he loved dearly, Rachel Armstrong, Joseph Armstrong (deceased), Katherine Flower (Joseph), and Stepanie Syntscha (Michael)

Paul was a retired automotive executive with Ford Motor Company, a member of Our Lady of Sorrows parish and an Army veteran serving time in the Korean War as a 2nd Lieutenant.  He was an avid golfer and continued to golf until last fall.

Paul and Sylvia enjoyed spending family time up north at the lake in Harrison.  Paul would sit on the deck for hours watching the lake activity and loved pulling the kids skiing and tubing around the lake in his boat.  He enjoyed snowmobiling and being outdoors in general.

Paul and Sylvia loved to travel.  Their many adventures included trips to Hawaii, Caribbean cruises, exploring Europe both on foot and multiple river cruises where they once visited Russia.  Paul was a dedicated husband, always taking care of Sylvia, he missed her very much after her passing and we are so glad they are together again in heaven.
