Patricia Marshall of Farmington Hills died peacefully at home on June 28, 2025 surrounded by her family, following a brief illness. Her passing leaves a void that all of those who love her are struggling to fill. Born to Pasquale and Josephine (Paris) Nuccitelli December 31, 1957. Loving wife of Paul Marshall, caring mother to Lauren Marshall, Allie (Patrick) DeBolt, and Alex (Kelly) Marshall, beloved grandmother of Aubrey and Levi, dear sister to Paula (Jim) May and Peter (Natalie) Nuccitelli, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents and her brother Phillip.
The beautiful smile that lit up Patty’s face was an outer manifestation of an inner light of grace, love, and compassion. Inspired by her role as her brother Phil’s protector, Patty was a dedicated public school teacher of special needs children for 28 years, and helped countless families navigate challenging pathways for their children. Inspired by her father, Patty was an artist and craftsperson, and shared her work with many. A devoted wife and mother, Patty brought joy and love to her family each and every day, and they are eternally grateful for the time they were privileged to spend with her, and for her persistence in gathering them to share that time together. The same can be said of her numerous friends. She will be dearly missed.
