Nancy Jane (Crissman) Kolliker

Nancy Jane Kolliker of Farmington Hills, Michigan passed away on September 9, 2024 with her family by her side. She was born on October 13, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Concetta Crissman.

Devoted wife of Robert for 52 years. Loving mother to Michelle (Kurt), and Kristine (Bill). Cherished grandma of Cameron, Jamie, Jasper, Jennette, Justin, and Jesse. Beloved sister of John (Rita), Denise (Angelo), and Dennis (Jill).

Nancy was a dedicated Registered Nurse who graduated in 1987 and spent her career caring for others in the medical field. Her love for helping people extended beyond her profession, as she often assumed the role of a grandmotherly figure to those around her. She enjoyed traveling with her family, embarking on adventures to destinations like the Bahamas, Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Las Vegas, and an Alaskan cruise.

A lover of nature, Nancy found solace in reading outdoors, particularly enjoying the company of birds, with hummingbirds holding a special place in her heart. She took pride in volunteering at her daughter Michelle's bakery, Never Forgotten Bakery. Nancy was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 3-8 pm (Sharing of Memories at 6pm, Rosary at 7pm) at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Ave., Farmington, MI 48335. Additional visitation will take place on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 10:30 am until time of Mass at 11 am at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 21300 Farmington Rd., Livonia, MI  48152.
