Marla A. Brown

Marla A. Brown, of Farmington Hills, passed away May 19, 2023 at the age of 68.  She was born April 19, 1955 in Highland Park, Michigan.  She graduated from Oakland Community College with an associate degree in nursing.  Beloved mother of David Brown and the late Stephanie Brown.  Loving grandmother of Nathaniel Brown, Haley Grabowski, and Devin Grabowski.  Dearest great-grandmother of Grayson Grabowski.  Dear companion of Harvey Ettinger.  She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Carole Ratowski and her sister Marcia Vaughan.  She enjoyed gardening and caring for animals.  Visitation Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 3-8 pm at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, Farmington, Michigan 48335.  Additional visitation Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1 pm at the funeral home.
