Mark Allen Taylor, age 56, of Novi, MI, passed away on March 29, 2025. Born on September 5, 1968, in Detroit, MI, Mark grew up and lived in Redford, MI for several years. He was a loving father to Andrew, Ashley, Aiden, and bonus father to Maya. Mark was the cherished brother of Scott (Sandy), Kerri (Don) LeVanseler, and Don (Kim), and the son of the late Donald and Roberta. He was also the former husband of Christine Taylor.


Mark's greatest joy was being a father, and he made a lasting impact on everyone he encountered. He had a deep love for golf and hockey, spending countless hours on the golf course and cheering on his children and favorite sports teams. As a skilled carpenter for over 30 years, Mark took pride in his craft. His passion for music brought people together, creating unforgettable memories through singing, dancing, and shared moments of joy. Mark's presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him, but his love and spirit will forever live on in our hearts.


Visitation Friday, April 4, 2025 from 3 – 8 pm at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, Farmington, Michigan 48335. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 11 am at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia, Michigan.
