Marian R. Hammond

Marian R. Hammond of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away July 3, 2023 at the age of 89.  She was born April 25, 1934 in Kent, Ontario to Walter and Jean Bunn.  Beloved wife of the late Robert.  Loving mother of Cheri (Chris) Noble and Barbara (Don) Tyler.  Loving grandmother of Christina (Anthony) Jacobson, Christopher (Anna) Noble, Gregory Tyler, Casey Noble, and Carly Noble.  Dearest great-grandmother of Kaden, Ethan, Shelby, Sianna, Layla, and one on the way.  Dear sister of Donna Kay Swanson and the late John Bunn.  Cherished niece of Donna Hamblin.  Marian is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Visitation Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 3-8 pm at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, Farmington, Michigan.  Additional visitation Friday, July 14, 2023 from 9 am until time of funeral service at 10 am at the funeral home.  A private interment will take place at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia, Michigan.  Memorial contributions may be directed to VNA, Visiting Nurses Associtation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Funeral service will be live-streamed beginning at 9:55 am.
