Madelyn Janet Dipboye

Born in Detroit, Michigan, October 19, 1928, and died in West Bloomfield, Michigan January 16, 2022.

Madelyn was a kind and loving mother to Loretta and devoted daughter to her parents, Matthew and Nancy Carlson.

She worked as a secretary most of her life, ending her career with many years at Wausau Insurance Company as secretary to the Vice President. She also worked hard to keep her home the picture of perfection. In her younger days she enjoyed playing bridge or going out with friends, some family trips to Oscoda in the summer, and a bit of traveling in the U.S. with Loretta.

She was a good, honest and dear person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Farmington, Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 12:00pm until her funeral service at 1:30pm.

Private interment at Acacia Park Cemetery, Beverly Hills, Michigan.
