Kathleen Probst

Kathleen Jean Probst of Livonia, Michigan, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026, at age 99. She was born May 6, 1927, to Paul and Kathryn Hagstrom. 

Loving mother of Kathleen (the late Robert) Jean Moore, Duane (Linda) Paul Probst, and Wayne (Christina) Arden Probst;  Dear grandmother to Brian Moore, Darrin (Andrea) Moore, Jennifer (Scott) Kreutzer, Heather Probst, Amber Probst, Austin (Jacquelyn) Probst, Rylan Probst, and Delaney Probst; Beloved great-grandmother to 15 grandchildren; and Cherished Great-great-grandmother to 17 grandchildren; Caring aunt to many nieces and nephews; Kathy will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Kathy is predeceased by her beloved husband Clarence “Buzz” Probst, with whom she shared 78 wonderful years with; and her parents.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 22, from 9:30AM until time of service at 12:30PM, at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, Farmington, Michigan 48335.
