Age 77. Former wife of Vic "Skip" for 26 years. Loving mother of Glen (Debbie) Hollingshead. Dear grandmother of Emily Socolovitch.
Joyce was a Special Education Teacher in the Farmington Public School system for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Madonna University. Joyce was very active in her church her whole life, and enjoyed crochet, knitting, and working on a book she was writing.
A funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29th, at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home. Joyce's family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the 7:00 p.m. service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
Private interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Marine City, Michigan.
