John Joseph Taylor, 59, of Simpsonville, SC, went to be with the Lord on June 12, 2024. Born in Norristown, PA, John was the beloved son of Anna M. Taylor and the late John H. Taylor. He is survived by his devoted mother, and his loving sisters, Marie Taylor-Kidd (Ben) and Carol A. Searing (Joseph).
John was a man of many passions and a vibrant personality. He enjoyed bowling with his friends and golfing with his dad. An avid gamer, he spent countless hours on his XBOX and was a dedicated WWE wrestling fan. John also loved playing pool, going golfing and he was an avid bowler! He loved playing cards and was known for his great sense of humor and his love of animals.
A true tech enthusiast, John often found joy in fixing his friends' telephones and computers.John was extremley talented when it came to mechanics, he could take apart any machine and fix it. His artistic talents were well-known, and he delighted in creating beautiful jewelry and gifting it to his mom and sisters. John's patriotic spirit and generosity were evident to all who knew him. He cherished his relationships with family and friends and had a special love for Christmas.
John's life will be celebrated on June 19, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Fuel the Church, 127 N. Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681. Interment will take place at a later date at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens, 43300 12 Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48377.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to local animal rescues, honoring John's love for animals. John will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
