Jean Marie (Immergluck) Bis

Jean was born July 8th, 1954, the oldest of six children growing up in Centerline, Michigan.  After moving to Detroit in 1968 she attended Immaculata High School, then University of Michigan (B.A. English) and Wayne State University (J.D.).

She worked at University of Michigan Research and Development Administration as a computer user liaison and coordinator for several years.  Upon retirement, she tutored high school and college students, and adult English language learners.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband Glen.  She and Glen enjoyed their beloved dogs and cats, traveling, classic movies and music.  They were active members in St. Francis of Assisi Church and community while they lived in Ann Arbor.

Jean was a lifelong learner, she liked history, literature, exploring and ballroom dancing.

She is survived by her parents Katherine and Bill, siblings: Claire (Bernie), Mary, Pat (Bob), Ellen, Dan (Lilly), and several nieces and nephews.  She was loved by all.
