James “JT” Moody of Redford passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2024 at home.  He was born January 30, 1954 in Indiana, Pennsylvania to James and Beulah Moody.  Beloved former spouse of  Laura Moody.  Loving father of Amanda (Dustyn) Truitt and James (Chelsea) Moody.  Dearest grandfather of Brandon, Parker, Leah, and Callum.  Dear brother of Catherine (the late William) Balent. Cherished best friend of Raymond “Rice” Summers.  Visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 3-8 pm at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, Farmington, Michigan 48335.  Additional visitation on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11 am at the funeral home.
