James Edward Radke of Farmington Hills passed away September 20, 2024 at the age of 83.  He was born October 1, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan to Milton and Louise Radke. 

Devoted husband to Helen for 56 years. Loving father of Jim (Jean), Teresa, Tina (Michael), and Tracey (Brian). Cherished grandfather of James (Melissa), Heather (J.R.), Krista, Nicole (Hector), Michael, Marc, Ashley, Patrick (Skylar), Emma, Grace, and Kaitlyn. Beloved great-grandfather of 13 and 1 on the way!

Known for his love of yard work, puzzles, and coin collecting, James found joy in the simple pleasures of life. His dedication to his work in HVAC services was unwavering, as he enjoyed working with people and providing honest service to all. 

A proud Army veteran, James will be remembered for his kindness and thoughtfulness and of course that sarcastic sense of humor that everyone loved. He was the backbone of his family, and they will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

James' love for his children and grandchildren knew no bounds, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

May he rest in peace, his spirit forever cherished in our hearts.
