Henry Jones, a resident of Farmington Hills, Michigan for 70 years, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021, at age 86.  Henry was born on February 16, 1935 in Calvin, Kentucky, the son of James Silas Jones and Virgie Hurst who predeceased him.

Henry was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary (Knight) and siblings Ken Jones, Nolan Jones, Cora Sue Carnes, and Norma Jean Jones; he is survived by siblings Wanda Ferrel Wilson, James Michael Jones, Bruce Jones, and Virginia Mesquiti. Henry was the beloved husband of Reba Jones; loving father of Michael (Heather) Jones, Tim (Debbie) Jones, and Stephanie (Brad) Anderson; stepdad to Kitty (David) Franks, Lisa (Kurt) Guetschow, and Clinton (Kelly) Wheeler; grandfather of 19 and great grandfather of 23.

The Jones family will receive guests from 10:00 am until the 1:00 pm funeral service at the Thayer-Rock Funeral Home Farmington Hills Michigan.

Interment will follow his service at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens 43300 W. 12 Mile Road, Novi, Michigan 48377.

Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Henry Jones.
