Gene Edison Whitefield of Farmington Hills passed away December 9, 2021 at the age of 90.  He was born October 29, 1931 in Lonaconing, Maryland to Roy and Mildred. 

Beloved husband of the late Alyce for 65 years.  Loving father of Larry (Renee), Kevin (Stacy), and Alex (Margaret).  Dearest grandfather of Rachel, Joel, Jillian, Darren, Alex, Arica, and Brittney.  Dear great-grandfather of Heather, Vance, Cash, and Peyton. 

A visitation will take place Friday, December 17, 2021 from 10 am until time of Funeral service at 12 noon at Brightmoor Christian Church, 40800 W. 13 Mile Road, Novi, Michigan 48377.  Interment will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Michigan
