Frances Carol Katz of Farmington passed away October 14, 2023 at the age of 75. She was born October 18, 1947 in New York, New York. Beloved mother of Lisa Katz. Frances is also survived by many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents Max and Sara Steinmetz. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
