Felix R. Almodovar

Felix R. Almodovar, of Livonia, passed away on June 24, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was 46 years old.

Born on December 18, 1979, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Felix was the son of Ruben Almodovar and Carmen Rivera. Felix’s greatest joy in life was his family. He was the deeply loved husband and best friend of Colleen, with whom he shared a beautiful life, and the profoundly proud, devoted father of Isabella and Luciana, who were the center of his world. He was a beloved son, a supportive and caring brother to (his sister), Mariella, and a fun, loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews. 

To know Felix was to know a true friend—his warmth, kind heart, and generous spirit touched everyone he met. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will be forever carried by his family and many dear friends.
