Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Pejakovich

Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Pejakovich of Berkely passed away April 21, 2022 at the age of 89.

Born April 25, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Joseph and Katherine Pejakovich.

Betty is survived by many nieces and nephews and their families with in the Pejakovich and Mullen family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Katherine Pejakovich, sister Della (Mullen) Murphy, and brothers Steve and John Pejakovich.

Betty graduated from Mackenzie High School in Detroit, Siena Heights College in Adrian and St. Michaels University in Colchester, Vermont. She was a former Adrian Dominican nun for 23 years,  teacher for 15 years, Director of Religious Education for 15 years, and Director of Volunteer Services for Hospice of Michigan for 11 years. Betty was a beloved parishioner of Christ the Good Shepherd Old Catholic Church in Berkley, Michigan.

Betty’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, May 14, 11:00 am (gathering 10:00 am) at Christ the Good Shepherd Old Catholic Church, 3947 12 Mile Road, Berkley, Michigan.
