Dorothy S. Congdon of Farmington, Michigan passed away peacefully on August 23rd at the age of 92. Dorothy was born in Detroit on October 29, 1929. She was the beloved wife of her high school sweetheart, the late Kenneth, for 71 years. Loving mother of Marc (Valerie) Congdon and Sandra (James) Muccioli. Proud grandmother of Kevin (Rebecca) Congdon, Jason (Alexa) Muccioli, Matthew (Yifan) Muccioli, Robert Muccioli and great-grandmother of Eleanor and Vance Congdon and Rayla and Zoe Muccioli. Dorothy enjoyed gardening and watercolor painting. She cherished time spent traveling with her husband and visiting with her family. Per the family’s wishes, a private funeral will be held with no visitation. Dorothy will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.
