Donna Jean Fonville, 94, passed away peacefully at her Novi home on June 16, 2026. She was born October 15, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan.

Loving mother to Brian (Renee) Fonville, Janine (Kevin) Rinke, Dianne (Bob) Mitchell, and David Fonville; Dear grandmother of CJ, Troy, Amanda (Jimmy), Grant, Katherine, Bobby (Jen), Johnny (Angelica), Michael (Kayla), George, Emily, and Henry; Beloved great-grandmother to Adeline, Maisie, John, and Eleanor.

Donna Jean was predeceased by her parents, Cyril and Ioletta Masse; her loving husband George Fonville; and her beloved son Craig.

Donna's life was a testament to love, laughter, and devotion. She loved her family dearly and always relished spending time together. She enjoyed boating, working puzzles, ceramics, and participating in women's groups.

Donna will be deeply missed but leaves behind wonderful memories of a beautiful, happy, kind, and caring soul to all who knew her.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
