Cheryl Williams Obituary

Cheryl Williams, of Livonia, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025, in Southfield, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on September 28, 1952, to Von and Bettye (nee-Chapman) Pruett.


Cheryl was a devoted Christian who loved God, Disney, Karate, Savvy Sliders, but most importantly spending time with her family and friends. She will be fondly remembered for her jokes, her cookies, and her endless stories.


She was the loving wife of Lawrence Williams for 51 years; dear sister of Vonda (Brodie) Burkett and Pamela (Allan Treppa) Pruett; beloved aunt of David (Cristina) Burkett, Martin (Margaret) Treppa, Michael (James) Treppa, Elizabeth (Trevor) Fournier, and Patrick (Jenna) Treppa; and great-aunt to Vincent, Anna, Juniper, Logan, and Liam.


Visitation for Cheryl will take place December 29, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home 33603 Grand River Ave., Farmington, MI 48335.


The Funeral will be held December 30, 2025, Instate 10:30 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m., at Forest Park Baptist Church, 26805 Farmington Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334
