Carl J Aebersold

Carl J. Aebersold, of Beverly Hills, MI, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026. He was born on a cold and snowy morning, February 23, 1962, to Fred and Delores Aebersold in Detroit, MI.

Loving and devoted son to Delores; Dear father of Kirk (Ashley); Beloved brother to Jill (David) Yob, Jean (Scott) Lowrance; Caring uncle of Tara (Steve), Dana, Glen (Stephanie), Rachel (Andrew), Tim (Audrey), and Peter (Jordyn); Carl will be dearly missed by all of his family and life-long friends.

Carl is predeceased by his father, Fred.

Carl loved to travel, and had many exciting trips, including a trip to Suomi/Finland with his mother and grandmother, a family trip to Hawaii one Christmas, as well as family trips to the Upper Peninsula of MI and around the USA. Like his father, he was brilliant, creative and interested in many pursuits in various areas, including nutrition, healthcare, education, music, sports (especially basketball), gardening and more. He loved to experiment with cutting-edge techniques in whatever he was currently focused on. He had a heart for his family and loved children. He had extensive experience in caring for the elderly, including both of his parents.

Visitation for Carl will be Friday, August 14, from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM, at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Ave, Farmington, MI, 48335.

Carl will be laid to rest at Brookside Cemetery, in Tecumseh, MI.
