Andrew Joseph Coffey of Farmington passed away Friday, April 29, 2022, at the age of 44.

Born February 5, 1978, in Southfield, Michigan, the son of Dennis and Kathryn Coffey (Spiroff)

Andy is survived by his father Dennis Coffey, mother Kathy Spiroff (Jim), brother James Coffey, brother Dennis Coffey, sisters Jordan Krista, and Denise Coates (Robbie). Aunts & Uncles, Debi & Roy Elliott, Becky & Tim Dalgleish, Ken & Becky Osborne, Don & Debbie Osborne, Shemetulskis, Nieces, nephews and many cousins.

Andy attended school in Farmington Hills and graduated from Harrison High school. He attended Oakland Community College, and Central Michigan University. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.  He spent his childhood summers on Stag Island (Canada) He loved the Cottage and the St. Clair River.

Andy’s true passion were his two dogs “Ellie May”(Walrus Dog) and his prized Certified Pedigree  “Ratitatt Blaze Dasher”(Rat Terrier) known as Blaze! He spent numerous days at the Farmington Dog Park with all the other Dog Lovers and his pet’s doggie friends.

The Family of Andy Coffey will receive guests at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Downtown Farmington, on Tuesday, May 3rd, from 2 – 8 pm.

Andrew’s funeral service is planned for Wednesday Morning, May 4, at 10:00 am also at the funeral home.
