Alfredo Baldassarra of Livonia passed away November 15, 2023 at the age of 90.  He was born July 18, 1933 in Sora, Italy to Sante and Emilia Baldassarra.  Beloved husband of the late Teresa.  Loving father of the late Giancarlo Baldassarra, Gianpiero (Debra) Baldassarra, Dargisio (Jeannette) Baldassarra, and Crescenzo (Lucy) Baldassarra.  Dear father-in-law of Donna Baldassarra.  Cherished grandfather of Giancarlo (Cathy) Baldassarra Jr., Lisa (Chris) Todescini, Michael Baldassarra, Angela (Wade) Brancheau, Adriana (Stephen) Lisiski, Christopher Baldassarra, Carly (Michael) Shamoun, William Dent, Colt Eisenhardt, and Chase Eisenhardt.  Great-grandfather of Madelyn, Giancarlo, Enoch, Gabriella, Agustus, Alivia, Harper, Jaxon, Roland, Leo, Amelia, Dominic, Vincent, and Giovanni.  Dear brother of Rita (Tony) Guliani, Mary (the late Alberto) Parente, Yole (Joe) Prinzo, and Marcello Baldassarra.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Alfredo was predeceased by his parents and his siblings Rosa (Joe) Caringi, Guilio (Mary) Baldassarra, and Frank (Elsa) Baldassarra.  Visitation Monday, November 20, 2023 from 3-8 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, Farmington, Michigan 48335.  Instate Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 10:30 am until time of Mass at 11 am at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 21300 Farmington Rd., Farmington, Michigan 48336.  Entombment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia, Michigan.
