Zora Lenore (Fitzgerald) Cross was born February 13, 1914 in Saskatchewan, Canada to Flossie (Peters) Fitzgerald and Roy Fitzgerald. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John and brothers Leroy and Buff Fitzgerald. Zora made her transition April 25, 2010, and is survived by her daughter Susan (Peter) LaBatt, and son Jamie Cross, a granddaughter Suzanne LaBatt, and six nieces & nephews.

She was a member of Cherry Hill United Presbyterian Church and The First Presbyterian Church of Farmington, where she was involved in many church and choir activities.

A memorial service to celebrate her life with love and joy is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 8th at First Presbyterian Church of Farmington, 26156 Farmington Road, in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Rev. Dr. Sue Ellis Melrose will officiate.

Interment for both John and Zora Cross will take place in the Cope Garden on the church grounds following the service.
