Age 88, of South Lyon. Formerly of Detroit, Michigan. Passed on into God's hands on Sunday, October 9th, in Novi, Michigan.

Preceded in death by her parents Roscoe and Rose Winters, and brother Howard Winters. Survived by her husband of 64 years, George; children: Ruth Armstrong, Paul (Maureen) Kane, Nina Greene, Mark (Harumi) Kane, and Beth (Zia) Mir; 15 grandkids; three great-grandkids; and brother Ross (Miriam) Winters.

Vivian lived a full life and was very active at Highland Park Baptist Church, Topps, and the South Lyon Senior Center. She grew up in Hazel Park, and was a world traveler who enjoyed meeting people and chatting. A friendly smile was always on her face.

Funeral service Friday 11 AM (in state 10 AM) at Highland Park Baptist Church, 28600 Lasher Rd., Southfield, MI 48034 (S. of 12 Mile Rd.). Rev. Gordon Ainsworth will officiate.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 2-5 PM and 6-9 PM at the funeral home.

Interment at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley.
