Ruth Mary Fahner, age 93, died peacefully the evening of May 19, 2014. Ruth was engaged in life and made a point to fill hers with friends, family and interests. She had a green thumb, sharp mind, spunky attitude, creative soul and generous heart that will be greatly missed by her daughter Ruthann (Riley) Saylor, grandchildren Chanda (Ambrose) Wilbanks and Aaron (Sue) Saylor and great-grandchildren Samuel and Audrey Ruth Wilbanks and Elena Saylor. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert E. Fahner, brother Bob and two sisters; Betty and Leona.

Funeral Friday, May 23rd at 11 AM (visiting 9:30 AM) at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Downtown Farmington.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, May 22nd from 2-8 PM.
