Beloved husband of Rebecca (nee Pruett). Dearest brother of Doug Bacon. Step-son of Helen Bacon.

Mr. Bacon was a foreman in the excavating industry for over 30 years. He suffered a massive heart attack while participating in the Multiple Sclerosis Society Charity Bicycle Ride, which he was an avid supporter of for many years. He enjoyed bicycling; graduated from Western Michigan University in 1966; and was a member of the Farmington Elks Lodge #1986.

Memorial Lodge of Sorrows Service under the auspices of the Farmington Elks Lodge #1986 Thursday 3 p.m., July 19, 2007 at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, downtown Farmington (1 blk. W. of Farmington Road).

Visitation Thursday 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. service.
