Left us peacefully to join her beloved husband Neil. Preceded in death by Neil Trombley, her infant son, Neil J., and her parents Mabel and Luke Embury.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters Cynthia Blazok (Erick) and Sherri Pender (Randy).
Loving grandmother of Laura Sweet (Jim), Jeffrey Blazok (Jill), Brandon Pender (Rachel),
Matthew Blazok (Shawna), and Mark Blazok (Jessica). Her great-grandchildren, Megan and Madison Sweet, Preston Blazok, and Evan Blazok were blessed to have met her and experienced her zest for life. Phyllis had a magical spark that left an impression on every person she met, and we are thankful to have had her in our lives.

Funeral Tuesday 11 AM at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Downtown Farmington. Rev. Arthur L. Spafford officiating.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday from 3-9 PM.
