Patricia Ann Massey of Farmington Hills passed away peacefully on March 29, 2021 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of sixty years to the late James E. Massey. Together they raised James Massey (Linnea deceased), Thomas Massey (Susan), Daniel Massey (Jennifer), Mary Beth Williamson and Maureen Line (Tobie). She was the very proud grandmother of twelve, great grandmother to twenty-three and great great grandmother to one. She knew everyone's name without hesitation! Pat is preceded in death by her siblings Irene Van Assche, Elaine Storey, Maureen Berlucchi, William Curry and Thomas Curry and is survived by her sister Joan Brisbois.

Born in Detroit MI, July 24, 1928, daughter to the late Bartholomew (Bart) Charles and Frances Elizabeth Curry. Pat met Jim in 1949 while he was wrapping up both his college degree and decorated football career at the University of Detroit. They married in January 1950, raised five busy children in the Detroit area, later moving to Apopka FL. Despite the rigors of rearing five children, Pat was an outstanding bridge player, an avid golfer and loved entertaining family and friends. She was fiercely supportive of her children throughout their lives.

A Memorial Mass for Pat will be held Thursday, April 8, 11:00am (gathering at 10:00am) at St. Fabian Catholic Church 32200 W. 12 Mile Rd. Farmington Hills. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
