Age 67. Mother of Mike Poloskey, Jr. Sister of Elizabeth Rohde. Daughter of Christopher and Ann Makrenos. Norma was a salon owner and hair stylist extraordinaire. She enjoyed her career, her clients, and those who worked beside her, so much so, she worked almost right until her passing.

Norma was a wise and kind woman with many friends of all kinds. Those who knew her, witnessed an open heart like no other. A woman with a great sense of humor that also allowed her to see life differently than most, and still smile.

Erma Dorsey can speak of Norma's kind nature first hand. They were partners in life for 25 years. They shared many things including the peace that the outdoors can deliver, their mutual love for animals, and let's not forget true love that runs deep. Her generosity and smile will be remembered for a very long time to come. Goodbye Norma Jean.

Norma's family will receive friends for Memorial Visitation on
Friday, October 3, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home
in Downtown Farmington.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.
