Nick August Keranen was born January 8, 2000. He died at age 22 on Sunday, February 27, 2022.

Loving son of Michael and Heidi Keranen. Dear brother of Shannon (Roy) Berg, Eric (Heidi) Keranen, Steven Keranen, Jennifer (Brent) Pietila, Jackie (Thomas) Eskola, Jill (Daniel) Tarnowski, Kevin Keranen, Kimberly Keranen, Carla Keranen, Jed Keranen, and Emily Keranen. Beloved uncle of Jack, Carl, Lars, Ray, Mary, and Axel Keranen, Hazel and Chloe Berg, Charles, Olivia, and George Eskola, and Elliana Pietila.  Grandson of Anne Niemi and George and Kathy Keranen. He is preceded in death by his eldest brother Darin, his grandpa Bill Niemi, and his uncle James Niemi.

Nick was a member of the First Apostolic Lutheran Church. He will be remembered for his gentle, loving nature.

Funeral service will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the First Apostolic Lutheran Church, 2970 Oak Grove Rd, Howell, MI, with a visitation to precede the service from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Interment at Riddle Cemetery, Howell, Michigan.
