Age 35, of Farmington Hills, formerly of Westland, passed away at Gentiva Hospice in Southfield.

Survived by Laurie Moffitt, Julie Riopelle, Kayli Massie, Hollie Archdale, Kathi Moffitt, and Renee Schneider.

Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 22nd at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.
