Janet DePorre of Bradenton, Florida, died November 13, 2015. She was born April 16,1933 in Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to Bradenton in 1994 from Bloomfield Hills, MI. She was affectionately known as 'Muzzie' by family and friends. She was a loving mother and wife known for her smile, humor, and happy disposition. She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Bradenton. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 51 years, James. She is survived by five daughters, Jan (Fred) Raynaud of WV, Martine (Bill) Leech of Farmington, MI, Suzanne DePorre of Palm Springs, California, Christine (Blake) Good of Oxford, MI and Yvette (Gregg) Gonczy of Bradenton. Also three sons, James (Gail) of Conover ,NC, Barry (Chantal) of Farmington , MI, and Leon of Bradenton; She is survived by one brother Bill Brown of Texas and sister Joyce Newman of St. Petersburg, FL She had fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held in Bradenton, Florida in January 2016.
