Madeleine Moshel, nee Madeleine Boidevezi, was born June 17, 1925 in Valence, France.

As a young woman she traveled to the United States on a Fulbright Scholarship and attended the University of Illinois. While there she met her future husband, Bernard. They married in 1954 in Mt. Hood, Oregon.

Madeleine had a deep passion for the natural world and was devoted to her children, her grandchildren and her great-grand child.

She is survived by her husband and her four children, Anne, David, Nancy and Sandra.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be at 10:30 a.m. on April 27, 2013 at The Universal Unitarian Church of Farmington, 25301 Halsted Road, Farmington Hills, MI.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michigan Humane Society www.michiganhumane.org and the National Audubon Society www.audubon.org.

She is always in our thoughts and will be missed by us all.
