Age 76, of Howell. Born in Detroit, Michigan.

Passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, July 4th, at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, surrounded by the people who loved her most.

Mary Lou is survived by her husband of 52 years, Norman; children Sharon Smith (Kyle), Doug Laurila and Sheila Wallace; sister Shirley, and brother Arthur; grandchildren Brock, Corinne and Sean; great-granddaughter Emma.

Funeral Wednesday 11 AM at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home. Officiant Rev. Thomas Huff, Pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, Howell.

Visitation Tuesday 2-9 PM.
