Age 98. Beloved wife of the late Roger H. McDermott for 54 years. Loving mother of Joseph (Charlain) McDermott, Lois E. "Betty" McDermott and Christine (James McGlinnen) McDermott. Cherished grandmother of Joseph McDermott, Roger McDermott, Sarah McDermott and Emma McGlinnen. Proud great-grandmother of Logan McDermott.

Lois was a proud Veteran of World War II, serving in the Woman Army Air Corp, 1st Air Division, 8th Air Force.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, May 14th from 5-9 p.m. and on Sunday, May 15th from 2-9 p.m. (Scripture Service 7 p.m.) at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Downtown Farmington.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 16th, at 10:00 a.m. (in state 9:30 a.m.) at St. Colette Catholic Church, 17600 Newburgh Rd., Livonia, MI 48152. Officiating will be Rev. Gary Michalik, Pastor.

Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
