Age 93, of Farmington Hills. Beloved husband of the late Ruth for 59 years. Dear friend of Melba Fillmore.

Mike Solano and Kelly Monique Vaillancourt.
Cherished grandfather of Deanna (Curtis) Vaughn, Nathan (Milinda) and Matthew (Tina) Worley, James, Candice and Christina McKenzie.
Great-grandfather of eight.
Loving brother of Ivah O'Brien, Betty Huston and Phillip Morgan.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Les founded his business, GMT Centerless Grinding Company, in Hazel Park , Michigan. He operated the business for over 50 years. Les was also very active in his church, becoming a member in 1972 of the Farmington Hills Baptist Church, now Woodside Bible Church, until he became a member of Grace Baptist Church in Birmingham in 2007.

Les enjoyed old cars, especially driving his Model A cars. He was a listener of Gospel Music and big fan of the Gaither Vocal Band.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday 11 a.m. at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Downtown Farmington.
Rev. Dr. Charles J. Whitfield, Senior Pastor of Grace Baptist Church will officiate. Entombment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
