Devoted husband for 57 years to Patricia. Loving father of Steve & Kathy, Mark & Sally, Kevin & Toni, Brian & Jan, Nancy & Bill Dulmage, Casey & Paul Farrugia, Matthew & Kathy and Jennifer & Hershel Moss. Also survived by 19 grandchildren.

Mr. Ratliff was the former owner of Hartford & Ratliff Hot Water Specialist's.

Mass of the Resurrection will be Friday 11 a.m. (in state 10:30 a.m.) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23615 Power Rd., Farmington, MI 48336. Officiant Rev. Fr. Robert B. McGrath.

Visitation Thursday 2-9 p.m. (Scripture Service 7 p.m.) at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Avenue, downtown Farmington (1 blk. W. of Farmington Road).

Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Farmington.
