Brother-in-law of Winifred Boni and Kathy Retich.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

John was a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church of Farmington. He retired from Ford Motor Co. after working as a mechanical engineer for over 30 years.

Funeral Thursday 11:00 a.m. (in state 10:00 a.m.) at the First Presbyterian Church of Farmington, 26165 Farmington Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Downtown Farmington.

Interment at the Historic Oakwood Cemetery in Farmington, with Army Military Honors, will follow the church service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Church.
