John Edward Huguelet III of Milford passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at age 66.

He was born October 21, 1953 in Battle Creek, Michigan as the son of John and Patricia Huguelet.

Loving father of Jonathon Huguelet and daughter in law Candice Huguelet, Nicole Huguelet, Patrick Huguelet, and Paige Huguelet. He enjoyed sports – notably hockey and football – nature, traveling both the United States and worldwide, current events and politics, and live music.

After graduating from West Bloomfield High School in 1971, he attended Michigan State University where he received his bachelor's degree in Accounting and later to Wayne State University to earn his MBA. John was a lifelong Spartan and embraced his Alma Mater. There was hardly a day he could be caught without a Spartan t-shirt or hoodie and he frequently brought his family and friends to MSU football games.

As John claimed his one regret was not being able to vote against Donald Trump in November, memorial donations in memory of John may be directed to the Joe Biden campaign and friends and family are strongly encouraged to vote in the upcoming election.

A formal funeral will be postponed until after the pandemic, but our family invites you to meet in remembrance at John's favorite place - Kensington Metropark, Baywoods Picnic Shelter on Saturday, October 10th at 10am.
