Joanne M. Jensen, age 79, of Lapeer, passed away August 22, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Thomas L. Jensen. Dear mother of Julie (Rick) Murch, Greg (Kris) Jensen, Thomas (Elizabeth) Jensen, Scott (Penny) Jensen; beloved sister of Ronald Rau. Loving grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 7. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

Joanne was a loving and loyal mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She will be deeply missed by all.

Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (814 W. Nepessing, Lapeer, 48446). Father Douglas Terrien will be officiating. Friends may visit Monday, August 26, 2013 at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home (542 Liberty Street, Lapeer, MI 48446) from 2-8 PM. Memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are greatly appreciated.
