Jeremy Dean Cook passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at age 41.

He was born August 29, 1979 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the beloved son of Robert and Susan Cook.

Jeremy is survived by his parents Robert and Susan Cook, brother Noah Cook, many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his cats Gizmo and Gem.

The Cook family will receive guests at the funeral home while following the latest safety guidelines regarding masks, crowd size and social distancing, 4:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

Private in person funeral services will be held. Family and friends will be able to attend through the live stream link that will be available on Thursday, December 17th at 11:00 AM. Facebook page First United Methodist Church of Farmington. Burial will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Michigan or NAMI.
