Loving father of Jim (Melissa), Jerry (Diane), Mari-K (Dan) Haubert, JoEllyn (Bob) Smith, Jane (Ed) Hurley, Carolyn (Gary) Garfield, Jennifer (Dean) Saylor, Judy (Phil) Fortino and Patrick (Karin) Markey. Cherished grandfather of Katie, Amy, Josh, Karen, Jim, Patricia, Gregory, Ryan, Blake, Meredith, Emily, Caroline, Claire, Sammy and Laura. Dear brother of Mary Lou Diefenbacher, Irene Markey, Frank Markey, Ann Samyn and Ruth Willett.

Proud Army Veteran of W.W. II. Retired from Union Oil Company in 1989. K of C Member, Commissioner of Boy Scouts of America and an avid outdoorsman.

Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 17th at 10 AM (in state 9:30 AM) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church 23815 Power Road, Farmington, MI 48336. Rev. Fr. David J. Cybulski will officiate.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 16th from 2-8 PM at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Downtown Farmington.

Interment scheduled for 1 PM Wednesday, May 19th, at Great Lakes National Veterans Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
