Iona May Newell, age 91, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019.

Iona was born May 30, 1928 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and was the daughter of James and Gladys Willoughby.

Iona, is the beloved mother of Thomas Alan Newell and Michael E. Newell, and the proud grandmother of Rae Heckle, Justine Marquez, Alexander Arlo Newell, Kenneth Michael Newell and Rana Marcus.

The Newell family will receive guests at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the 12:00 pm Funeral Service on Saturday, August 31, 2019.

The family will convene at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens, located in Novi, following Iona's funeral service.
