Hazel age 66, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019. She was born in Laurinburg, North Carolina, the daughter of Golda and Jimmie Locklear.

Beloved mother of Kimberly (Mark) Jaksim; proud grandmother of Brandon and Alexandra Jaksim; dear sister of Monique, Mike, Mitch and Mechelle.

A Memorial Service for Hazel will be held at a later date.
